Fees and Payments

VideoClass may now or in future charge fees to access the content of the website. You agree to pay the imposed fees and any sales tax applicable, in full.

VideoClass will charge any fee, payment or donation that you authorize using Pay Pal at https://www.paypal.com/ or by credit card. You agree to inform VideoClass of any changes in your credit card or your Pay Pal account. If for any reason, VideoClass is not paid by Pay Pal or your credit card company, you agree to pay the amount owed to Video Class in full to continue access of the content of VideoClass.

Your credit card information will not be saved by VideoClass. VideoClass may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify its validity.

VideoClass may change its fee structure, impose new fees, and change the price at any point. All fees charged are non-refundable.

Selling Video Lessons on VideoClass

A VideoClass user selling their uploaded video lesson(s) on the VideoClass website is referred to as “Seller”.

Any user has the option to sell their original video lesson(s) that they have uploaded to www.VideoClass.com. The denomination of a video lesson(s) will be named by “Seller”. The denomination cannot be less than $0.99 USD. “Seller” only has the capabilities to establish price without tax. Tax is added automatically by the www.VideoClass.com website.

Sales Fees, Monetary Settlements, and Payments to/with “Seller”

“Seller” acknowledges and agrees, by choosing to sell their video lesson(s), to the following: “Seller” by publishing their video lesson(s) will receive 70% of the named denomination, and VideoClass will receive 30% of the named denomination. Inclusive of this percentage is included denominational transfer fees and the rate of delivery of check(s) to the “Seller”. A check or PayPal transfer will be sent to the “Seller” based upon their provided, accurate correspondence address or e-mail address: this information is entered in the user profile. “Seller” has the option to receive their accrued domination at any time according to the following below:

The website is owned and operated by BetaNet Corporation and all the graphics, images, source code, visual interfaces, software and all elements are protected by United States Copyright Act, patent and trademark laws, intellectual property rights and other laws. All trademarks and trade names are copyrighted by VideoClass and no person is allowed to sell, modify, distribute or license any such materials.

Termination

You agree that VideoClass may terminate your account for any reason without notice and without being penalized for it. VideoClass also has the discretion to terminate access to the website at any time without notice and you agree that VideoClass will not be liable in part of in whole for any such termination of your user account.

VideoClass will report any fraudulent or unlawful activities on its website to the appropriate authorities. VideoClass does not permit any copyright, trademark or intellectual property infringements and will terminate any user’s account, user’s profile and user’s content suspected of being repeat infringers.

If you are not satisfied with the products and contents of the website, you may terminate your account by deleting your account and discontinuing the use of the website.

Any and all material sold to and/or on VideoClass is the rightful property of VideoClass. Upon termination you abolish all rights to the materials posted and/or sold.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VideoClass, its employees and its partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, including all legal fees and expenses as a result of any misuse of the website.

VideoClass does warrant any information or action regarding users’ access to the website. Nor does it provide any warranties for the accuracy or opinions in the content posted by the users.
