Copyrights and Necessary Rights
Now or in the future, VideoClass may allow Users to post comments, notes, video lessons or other type of communications. By submitting any kind of written, audio or visual content on VideoClass, you are granting VideoClass to host, modify, reproduce, sell or otherwise use your User Content, in part or whole, in any way that VideoClass deems apt.
By posting content on the VideoClass website, you allow each user of our website to access the content. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the result of posting them on VideoClass. You warrant that:
- You are the creator of the content and your user content does not infringe upon or violate any party’s rights, including any copyright, trademark or patent.
- You will not defame, abuse or invade any persons rights and will not use any language or visuals that are obscene or defamatory to any person.
- Your user content does not contain any malicious code, viruses, adware or spyware.
Violators will be subjected to legal action.
VideoClass will attempt to restrict any user content that it deems unfit for its users to view or listen to but VideoClass is not liable, with respect to any unauthorized access to any restricted user content.
